Overview
About Me
25 year old woman living in Vancouver. I've always loved traveling, languages and culture. I've been very fortunate to be able to see some of the world!
Recently I have been working in a café but have a passion for helping people and want to pursue counselling. I am a listener. I try to live with empathy and compassion. I am an introvert, but love to push myself to try new and scary things. I almost never say no to an adventure.
I have a passion for sustainability, anti-oppressive politics and feminism. I am always curious to learn new things and question my own beliefs. Part of why I love traveling is to see the world in new ways and get my mind blown by how different people think and live.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think Couchsurfing is a great way to travel. Not only does it make traveling more affordable, but I am able to see things I otherwise wouldn't. I love to go to a new country and experience what locals do, get an authentic and unique experience. I thrive on meeting new people and hearing stories from different walks of life.
I used the site during a road trip in the U.S. and had a great experience, as well as backpacking around Spain and Portugal. I hosted some friends I made through the site recently and it was awesome to exchange both ways.
Interests
I love bike rides, running, camping, hiking, swimming and all nature things! Put me outside and I am a happy person.
You can also find me spending quality friend time, eating just about anything (although trying to eat less animal-based foods), dancing around like a goof, playing my ukulele, doing yoga.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a wide taste of music. Hurray for the Riff Raff, Bomba Estereo, Bahamas, Mac Demarco are my current jams.
I've just started a goal to read books by only women, LGBTQI people, or people of colour! I'm pleasantly surprised with what I've come across :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Waterfall jumping in Bosnia!
Teach, Learn, Share
