I'm Kaitlyn! I'm 35 years young with a passion for travel, adventure, good eats & drinks and meeting new people. Sarcasm is my first language, and I am always on the go. I've been known to come up with crazy ideas and run with them.....spontaneity is a must in my life!

Current mission: just moved to St Pete, FL to start my nursing career! and of course travel nursing is the end goal 😎

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting new friends in my town - grabbing a drink, going for a hike, going to a concert, pondering the meaning of life over a beer, whatever.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have been graciously welcomed into many CSers homes and have had incredible experiences each time. I've made some lifelong friends along the way, that I still keep in touch with, some over 10 years later.

I even got my dad hooked on couch surfing in Italy! :)

I've only gotten to host one time when I was living in a big multicultural house in Spain, but loved it. One day I hope to have a spot suited to host people on a regular basis!

Music is my life. I have an indescribable passion for dance and was born with an incurable disease -- wanderlust. Love reading a good book & learning a new language (or trying!) I adore kids & their passion for life! & I can't resist a good day outside....hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, camping. I am growing in my spiritual life, meditating, Crystal healing, visualization...love connecting with like minded people.

This has always been the hardest question for me.... What is your favorite ______? To answer it broadly, my all time favourite is a documentary! Valley Uprising is one I can watch over and over. But I also love scary movies, thrillers & of course your classic comedy. Music wise, I really can dig it all. Nothing makes me happier than LIVE music. And there are too many books to name... The Alchemist, Many Lives Many Masters & Unbroken are some favourites.

Selling all my stuff, buying a plane ticket and moving to a foreign country with no plan.

Random skill I have always wanted to learn: throwing fire.

Surfing, learning to play chess & skills for sustainable living are also on my list.
