I am a Bulgarian traveler, currently in France. :)

I am doing a PhD in literature, so that's the main reason for traveling normally - conferences or research.

So, a normal person, love the beach and the sun, love to meet new people, places and cultures, to taste new cuisines and to have fun. :)

Firstly, I do not like the tourist, out-of-the-local-culture experience and point of view. I believe that traveling should be connected to exploring local life, traditions, manners, social life. Secondly, it's cheaper and much more fun. :)
