Our mission is to enjoy our life, meet people and speak a lot, because the best way of learning is listen to another people.

ABOUT ME

Hi, our names are Kateřina and Marek. We live in Pilsen, in city-centre. We live in fifth floor without lift, so there is good gym in our house. :D We have two rooms (kitchen and bedroom), bathroom and toilette separate. Unfortunately we don´t have any couch, but you can sleep on the floor in sleeping bags (we have two sleeping bags) as our friends do. Normally there sleep two people in the kitchen and we sleep in bedroom. Maybe we can accommodate more people but it won´t be confortable.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have to go to pub with you and show you our beer and czech life. :D If Katerina or Marek will have free day and you want to, we will show you sights, brewery of course, and everything else what do you want to see. If you don´t want to, you can say good bye in the morning and we will see you in the evening.

We would like to show you our city and our life.
We would like to visit every place in the world and meet lots of interesting people. :-)

Intereses

Música, películas y libros

Katerina: I mostly read university mimeographed, but I also read books about health, vegetarianism and veganism, ecology, economy and cooking.
I love reggae and ska music. My favourited interprets are Tiken Jah Fakoly, Macka B, Bad Manners, Irrie Révoltés, Inner Circle, Buster Shuffle etc.
My favourite serials are The Simpsons, The Boardwalk Empire, The Red Dwarf, The Game of thrones and ´Allo ´Allo!.
I like documentary films about environment, veganism, health, people, traveling and realtionships between people or people and nature.

Marek: Guitar music from grindcore to Johnny Cash with little bit of soft electro :) Lots of tv series inc. IT Crowd, Futurama or more "serious" ones like Sopranos, Game of Thrones, Band of Brothers. Movies of any kind which are fun to watch. Books mostly sci-fi and bio's of famous musicians or bands, some historic stuff lately and yeah, I totally loved Stephen Kings's best known series about Roland and The Dark tower :)

Katerina: The best thing I did is to move in Pilsen with my boyfriend. It is very beautiful city with lots of thing to do in your free time, because it is City of culture. And I feel free here! I can do what I wanted to.

Marek: I've seen a lots of wonderful things in my life but I have surely more to come! I will leave creation of amazing things to all to good people around the world - personally I do only weird things :)

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Katerina: I can teach you something about ecological agriculture, organic food, economy and Czech language.
I will be very thankfully if you teach me your language, share your vegan or vegetarian recepies and teach how to cook it and I can share with you my favourite recepies. :-)

Marek: Naturally I am your man and I can teach you a lot of stuff but nothing really useful... Maybe how to make your boss angry?
