Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I've been travelling with friends I used to stay also in hotels and AirBnb apartments. But I got to the point that travelling on my own is going to be fine when it's one day, two and then I feel that I terribly need a company:) Of course, with locals you learn much more about the whole environment, but it also means that you are meeting people you'll never meet under other cirumstances. And it's so much fun, it's so much more interesting.
Couchsurfing though is quite an intimate thing, a matter of trust. That's why one should always have respect and be kind to each other.
