I am a 25 year old student who loves to travel and is always up to meet new people. I live in Brno, Czech Republic, and I study Faculty of Law there. I couldn´t live without my family and friends, my huge hobby is music - I love playing the piano! I am into sports as well.
Last school year (2017/2018) I was studying in France through the program Erasmus. I was living in Dijon but from time to time I traveled around France and visited some new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I live with my parents, my first experience with Couchsurfing was hosting couchsurfers at our house through them (you can see my dad´s profile on CS - his name is Dan Vybora: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/dan-hola/references?type=surf). We had people from Poland, Colombia, Australia, Korea, USA..and it was always great!

A few years ago I made a trip to Munich (Germany) with my friend and we were staying there through CS as well. I realized it is a perfect opportunity to get to know local people and experience the culture of a different country in unusual way :-)

In summer 2014 I did the Work and Travel USA program. Before getting to my workplace in Hersheypark (Pennsylvania), I had the opportunity to visit my friends in Texas and Connecticut, and in the end of summer - after the work period – some of my co-workers and I decided to travel around the American West which was probably the best part of the overall experience. Even though it was not through CS, we had several opportunities to sleep on couches at our friends´ houses so I know it´s a great way to travel and get to know different styles of living! :-)

Although moving around the United States was breathtaking and there is still so much to explore, I am trying to see more of Europe as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

music - mostly pop/ rock (Ellie Goulding, Leona Lewis, Aerosmith, Ed Sheeran....), but classical music as well (especially my favourite piano composer F. Chopin)
movies - usually comedies but one of my favourite movies is A Beautiful Mind
even though I am not a big reader, I´ll be happy if you have some good books to recommend :)

Well, I can teach you some Czech if you are interested (very useful language! :D ) or I can play some music maybe (if you have a piano). I might share some stories from traveling or living abroad :)
