I am aware that at the moment I am unable to offer a couch, but will be eager to do so when back in the UK.

Nina Simone, Damien Rice, Mark Ronson, the Doors. generally easy listening but happy to go along with most things, though not too keen on punk and death metal!
love films. Almodovar and european cinema in general. also like 'cheese' i.e. Sex and the City, 27 dresses. not keen on sci fi or fantasy.
like autobiographies, and novels written in that style. travel books. don't have a specific taste otherwise though again don't like fantasy or sci fi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sun rise and set pretty much at the same time in the antarctic... other than that, a three legged cat was quite amazing.

I can cook quite well, bake too.
Maybe some German help, hopefully Spanish by the end of the travels.
Pete (my boyfriend) can fix computers (unless they're really broken) and is generally a decent handy man.
