I am a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience living in Spain, previously a professional athlete from Ukraine. I am passionate about UX/UI design, lead an active lifestyle, and love to travel. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing padel, and learning new languages.

I really enjoy listening to audiobooks, especially those focused on understanding the body, self-improvement, and philosophy. They help me find a balance between physical and spiritual development.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

After a 6-year break from competitive sports, I returned to pole vaulting and achieved impressive results, winning regional championships in Spain. This was possible due to a deep understanding of my body and an improved connection with it, which allowed me to perform technically challenging vaults despite the long break.
