Overview
About Me
An old soul that loves deep conversations, dusty libraries, and rainy nights.
I work as a translator, focusing now on theatre performances. I also explore foreign languages through writing short stories and some really crooked poems, volunteer at festivals and nonprofit organisations, play kalimba, and simply try to make the most out of my life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to meet new people and to get an unforgettable experience of having friends from different countries and cultures. I believe that couchsurfing is able to bring a lot of people closer as we don't only share our couch, we share parts of our souls.
With every story told in the moonlight, with every breakfast together, we're building friendships that are gonna last forever. And I'm totally up for this, my friends!
Interests
Although I don't have much time lately, I do enjoy reading books, going for picnics with my friends and listening to the singers no one's ever heard about. I love cats and dogs, so if you have one, that's amazing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Helping organise a memory café for people with dementia here, in Kyiv. It was incredible, helping people is what makes me the happiest.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you're interested in Ukrainian customs and traditions and wanna know more about our people, I'd be happy to share some interesting facts with you. I could also help you to learn some Ukrainian phrases if you're about to visit my country one day.
I have a lot of volunteering experience and can share some really funny stories or simply show you the other side of organising events. I'm also excited to hear some stories from your journeys or anything you'd like to share with me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Whatever part of my experience you're interested in! Besides, we can spend time together, cooking or doing something spontaneous. I can show you how to prepare some of the Ukrainian dishes if we find the ingredients in your country. Or I can bring you a nice souvenir from Ukraine if you want :)
Unfortunately, I can't host you for now as I live in a dorm room and it's strictly forbidden to bring someone to spend the night, but if you're going to Kyiv, we can always meet up and have a great time together!
Note: if you're homophobic, sexist, racist or discriminate people on any other basis, don't try to contact me. This is a safe space, and nobody needs your hate and negativity.
