Hi guys!

I am Kateryna, or simply Kate. I am from Ukraine, but currently, I live in Italy (which incidentally was my lifelong dream). I try to use any opportunity I have to explore this beautiful country and its rich heritage.

What can I tell about myself? I love traveling (and prefer to do it on a budget); I adore hostels & Couchsurfing, cause it is a great way to meet new people. I am really into arts, culture, books, and history, so if you are into that stuff we would definitely have something to talk about.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been on Couchsurfing ever since my poor student era - and at that time, admittedly, I used it primarily to find a roof over my head. At this point, however, I use it mainly to get in touch with other people - I am fine staying at hotels, but I find it much more fun when traveling also involves meeting new people. Especially now, that I relocated to Italy and trying to make new friends.

Besides, I simply like to host!
