I am a happy, free spirited, adventurous, open minded compassionate and curious young woman, eager to learn, share and create!

I love yoga and am an aspiring yoga teacher and would love to practice my teaching with anyone who is keen to learn.

I love food, am nutrition conscious and passionate about the plant based diet.

I also love being in nature, meeting like minded souls, learning new things, dancing, parties, animals, making jewellery and hula hooping.

Right now I am in Mexico on an adventure to experience more of the world, meet people and learn as much as possible so I can grow and better myself as a human :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

10 day silent meditation course - Vipassana. Not talking to anyone, not doing anything except siting cross legged on the floor for 12 hours a day for 10 days. Hardest thing I've ever done but also very rewarding.
