I am an an artist/math teacher who loves to travel and meet new people. I love to walk for hours through cities and nature. I try to take in all the small details of life. I believe the best way to experience a place is to stay with its locals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I stayed with a few great people in Brazil and have met some amazing people in Quito through couchsurfing. I had a great experience and believe it is the only way to travel, unless you feel like being a tourist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time in Switzerland I was walking through the alps. It was fall and the trees looked like they were on fire. Fog blanketed the hills and there was no sight of mountains. I came around a corner and the fog parted revealing giant peaks of rock reaching towards the sky. For a brief moment, I saw their height and then the curtain of fog returned.
