wow - this is already very old - I will write an update soon :P

My name is kathi and I am 22 years old (soon ;)). At home I am studying nutrition and i have only one test left to get my bachelor. After this last test i hope to get some internships, to get more praxis. This summer i did an internship with children having diabetes type I. In this two weeks of praxis i just learnd a lot especially from the kids themselves. I hade a great time with them and was very sorry when they left again. This is why i would love to work with children some time. Soon (in september) I am travelling to australia for 3 months and I never did anything like that before - so I am very excited. I am travelling with my friend resi, she is 23 years and is also from austria. People would say that I am a friendly, polite reliable person. I love adventures and i'm very open minded about new things. I would love to meet some new peopole all around the world.
Another goal in the next 3 months is to learn surfing :D

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I am a new member on couchsurfing - so my interrest for now is to surf in australia. I am still living in my moms house, but I would love to host when I live in one's own four walls.

Intereses

I think the most important thing is to try out everything, cause if you don't do that, you'll never find out, what you like or dislike.

I like to ride (i have my own horse back home), her name is linda and i love her a lot. she is always there for me, and even when iam not in the mood to speak she will let me, and do not try to speak to me :P i can learn a lot from her and we act often very similar.
I like to run. when you run you can forget about everything and just think about nothing - very relaxing :P
in summer i love to go swimming, hiking (just being out in the nature)
Oh and in winter, I love to go snowboarding.
I like to meet people and always be surrounded by people - i am not that person who would love to have a lot of time just for me alone.

And of course, I love to travel and explore new places...there is so much out there- so many places I want to discover but not just places also cultures. I love to live at places and get to meet people there and hear their thoughts and minds. I think you can have fun everywhere, and if it's not you can make it fun :) life is all you make out of it. you can decide what you want and who you want to be

Música, películas y libros

hmm, I'm really bad in remembering names of movies or actors :P but the genres i like are dramas, all sorts of confusing and twisted movies - movies you can interpret a lot, every once in a while I watch comedies as well, theyre usually pretty simple and sometimes that's just exactly what you need. I often go for movies, where I know the actors and like their former movies- usually a good way to go.

I really like many different styles of music. I dont really have any specifc favourite music-genre. I love songs where I can sing and dance to :)
