First thing to know: I am not good in describing myself - I prefer meeting up and getting to know people in person. Some basic things: I am twenty years old and graduated from high school in Germany too years ago. In 2015/2016 I I traveled through America and really enjoyed my time abroad. I met the most amazing people, hitchhiked across the country and worked on farms. The journey really changed my personality and I became a more relaxed and open minded person.
Family friends good discussions and exploring nature are really important to me. I enjoy reading books exploring nature or watching a fascinating series. I have two cats (Emily and Flo) & the only animal I can't stand are mosquitos!!
Since last autumn I study landscape architecture in Munich. At the beginning it was kind of hard to adapt to the Bavarian life style and way of speaking (even though I'm from the same country but it was still kind
of a cultural shock;)) but after a little time I realized how great the southern part of Germany is. I can see the alps from the rooftop of the university and if I have itchy feet I just need to drive an hour to have some adventure. I'm proud so say that I found a second home!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To be honest I want to save money and of course meet new people. Also you get to know the country best by its people and have to most remarkable memories by sharing stories food and a place.

Interests

House, chill out, Jazz and some German music too.
I love discovering new movies and books. I get addicted so easily by series (The 100, Mozart in The Jungle, The OC, Downtown Abbey..) - its the worst!!
And there is nothing better than strolling through a library or book store.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got out of my country and my comfort zone and spent a year in America - the best thing I've done so far but I hope there's much more to come.
Moreover I hitchhiked across Newfoundland in one day - cheers to all the incredibly friendly people over there.

Teach, Learn, Share

German and a bit of Spanish.. I am keen on learning new languages or at least a few helpful sentences. I can exchange new (undiscovered) places to go to and how to travel trough Central America in 2 months. I am more than excited to learn everything about Canada or America what you know!!
