Hi,
My name is Katharina. I am 23 years old and live in Regensburg, Germany, where I am in medschool since 4 years.
I love travelling, especially backpacking and still want to see a lot of places in the world. My dream is to go hiking in Nepal one day :)
I grew up in the south of Austria and moved to Germany after high school.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I hope to get personal and unique experiences with locals in the places I travel to. I usually sleep in hostels, but now I want to try Couchsurfing because I've heard a lot of positive stories.
I also want to show travelers where I live and show them nice places in my hometown.

Interests

I enjoy hanging out with friends and going out for a drink or two.
I am athletic and play tennis and used to play basketball. On weekends, I like doing stuff outside (biking, hiking, lying in the sun).
Since I am 5 years old, I play the piano and also started playing the guitar when I was 14 years old.
