Hey there! My Name is Katharina (Kathi). I am a 21 years old student of construction engineering in Karlsruhe and living together with my best friends. One of my passions is basketball. Cats and music are some of my other addictions, but I am not that lady with thirteen cats all over her house ;)

I am very friendly, neat, adventurous, curious, and ready to have a great time! I look forward to making new friends and learning about different cultures!

Even though I am a vegetarian, sometimes together with friends, we cook some not vegetarian dishes, because in Bavaria there aren't a lot dishes without meat :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

- It would be great to improve my English and Spanish skills:)

- Stay with someone local, who can tell me where to go and what's special about the city I’m visiting!

- Learn a lot about other cultures as well as different kinds of people.

World Scout Jamboree 2011 - 42 thousand scouts from all over the world on one campeside. It was so impressive to have been a part of it.

- I enjoy good stories that others have to share and also can share my own. Hopefully we’ll make some worth telling experiences together and share them with other Couchsurfers someday:)

- I could also cook some Bavarian dishes for you and be a nice company to spend time and talk with
