Hey there!
I am a 23 year old med student and live in Erlangen, a small but really nice and friendly town close to Nuremberg in a flat with two friends. I love to make music, I am playing the saxophone/ clarinet and singing in a choir which naturally leaves me singing and humming pretty much all day long and my flatmates rolling their eyes...
I am also doing my very best to do some sports, more or less successful, since I'm just doing it for the fun but when I do I like kick boxing, cycling (which also seems to be the only way to move around in Erlangen since the streets are pretty much a mess), hiking and a lot more but my absolutely favourite sport is skiing. To me there is nothing better than a cold and sunny day on a slope in the Alps.
I am a friendly, funny and outgoing person and love to be together with other people, make new friends, have a beer and chat, play some games, cook or do anything else.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking forward to meeting new people from all around the world. Since we don't have any spare bed or couch at the moment I cannot accommodate anyone but I can show you around in Erlangen/ Fürth/ Nuremberg anytime or just hand out some advice, so feel free to write to me!

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment it's definitely classical music, it always relaxes and calms me. My favourite piece is Mozart's clarinet concerto. Of course I also like some recent music but there is no special artist I could go crazy about.

My favourite movies are the Lord of the rings trilogy (I also love the books) and Star Wars (of course IV-VI) and I recently enjoyed Fantastic beasts and where to find them because it just felt so wonderful to see something from the Harry Potter world after the seventh book.

I really love to read but at the moment I am always so tired that in the evenings I fall asleep over my open book. But when I don't I like to read books from every genre except those girly love stories. And I am always reading one of the Harry Potter books.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy cooking meals from all around the world so I'd love to cook with or for you. Unfortunately I don't speak many languages but if you're interested, I can teach you some German phrases and would be happy to learn a few sentences from your language.
