Hello! ✨ We are Kathi and Tabi, from Germany.
We both know how to work hard, as well as to enjoy life at the fullest. Mostly through good food, silent nature or almost any form of art. Enjoyment and happiness is even greater if you share it with one another, whether it’s spending time to together or just to let out the happiness with a smile towards a stranger. We love the sun, the sea, the nature and animals. The both of us are very interested in different cultures and different languages, as each culture reflects an aspect of human character. As we explore the world and meet other people, we explore ourselves. We like to travel together, because we are a good team, but we both like solo travelling as well. We are very adventurous, especially when it comes to nature and we are always open to try new things (except for food, where Tabi is a little prejudiced). We are not exactly the party people and alcohol drinker, but we both LOVE to dance. Kathi is experienced in modern dance, is currently dancing (and singing) in a Musical Theater Ensemble and would like to learn break dance. Tabi dances belly dance and likes to learn any Latin American dances (currently learning a bit of salsa, bachata and Zouk). We both do Afro dance. Beside dancing, sport plays an important role in both of our lives. We both love swimming, hiking, acrobatic and yoga. Kathi is experienced in Yoga and Tabi in Kickboxing and table tennis. Kathi lives vegan for a few years now and Tabi try’s to join the vegan game since a short time. We both like to cook and get creative.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling gets even better, when you get the chance to connect to the local people and to learn, try and embrace the less touristic side of places. We hope to find real connections wherever we go and have a pleasant time.

Teach, Learn, Share

We are interested in many things and as soon as we learned one thing we like to share it and can teach a bit of it. Kathi is great with music, she can teach playing the guitar, singing and free styling. We both can paint and like to draw as well, which we can also share. Tabis strong suit is sewing, so if any help is needed in that field, she’ll have your back ;) We also like to teach any sport we do, such as (acro)yoga, kickboxing, table tennis and dancing. We are open to learn and are always happy to improve new skills. We are especially interested in learning dances and languages from Natives. Everyone has something to teach… and to learn from other, that’s what makes life interesting ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything we learned to do, we can try to teach. Furthermore we can prepare meals, do some gardening or field work or sit animals.
