Overview
About Me
I just started a double bachelor in Philosophy and Anthropology after backpacking for a year. I find describing myself incredibly hard. My interests and passions are scattered all over the place which on one hand keeps things interesting but on the other hand always makes it feel like something is falling short. One thing that I try to always keep a priority is traveling. Even if that is by just jumping on a train and getting off at a random stop to explore for a day. I love being in places that feel unfamiliar no matter how mundane they may be. But most of all I love meeting new people. All the people I got to meet over the last year while traveling shaped me so much, my outlook on life would be so different without all the perspectives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have known about Couchsurfing for ages, ever since I first heard about it I was fascinated by the idea. Once I had decided I was going to take a gap year after high school I signed up for Couchsurfing and have loved it ever since I first surfed in London. Since I just moved out to go to university I am also excited to host people wherever possible.
Interests
I play a few instruments and love to sing but I am not particularly good at any of them. I love doing sports tho which sport seems to always change. I used to figure skate and somewhat seriously danced ballet before I started studying. Currently I am in love with hoop dance. I have been practicing yoga very irregularly for quite a while now and also enjoy going for a run every once in a while. I have been interested in long distance hiking and bike packing for a few months now but haven't gone on any trips yet. I also love cooking and enjoying good food.

Music, Movies, and Books
My taste in music is very diverse. I love alternative rock and indie music but can also easily be excited for some folk music. My best friend loves music from the 70s, 80s and 90s and has infected me with that love. I don't know what my favourite movie is but I must say I think I don't have the most refined taste when it comes to that. Now for books I also don't really have a favourite but that's mostly because there are so many good ones. I must admit I'm more drawn to non fiction than to novels but that is slowly changing as I get older. I rarely ever buy books new. I love going to second hand shops and seeing what interests me. I have found many amazing books that I would have never read otherwise.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Every time I ask myself that question my mind goes blank tho when I am not trying to answer it many things come to mind. Moving to Spain on my own right after high school is a notable thing I have done I would say.
Teach, Learn, Share
Positivity is key and a smile can make all the difference.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Fun, creative ideas, and a lot of long interesting sometimes odd conversations about basically everything. I also love to share music even though, as I mentioned above, I am not the most talented musician.
