I'm Kathi.

I'm a student that lives in Berlin, but that is not really the biggest part of my life and how I define myself.

I love to be away from home a longer period from time to time. I have lived a year in the US, a year in Ecuador, a semester in Spain and currently I'm studying in South Korea. Every time when I come back I love to be home until the next idea comes around. In between I like to travel. See the world and try to understand it a little more.

In my "other life" next to university, friends and hobbies I like to volunteer for my exchange organization YFU.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started surfing with a friend to explore new places, countries and to get to know people.
I love the idea of not only visiting a country, but also to dive into it.

Until now I couldn't host, but now my living situation changed and I want to see if hosting is as much fun as surfing. :)

I had a little piglet living on my couch for half a year. It was the best pet I've ever had! :)
