Hey there!
I'm Katharina, 22 years old and my great passion is travelling. I'm a french and business student who tries to discover the world during the holidays. I love enhancing my foreign language skills (basically english & french) and meeting new people from all over the world in order to learn more about different cultures. I'm a laid back and uncomplicated person you can have talks about nearly everything with. Plus, I can teach you some things about Austria - a country where you most likely won't find any kangaroos ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In 2013, I visited Australia with a friend of mine. We stayed at 6 different couchsurfing places and it was great! We met a lot of interesting people who introduced us to the aussie style of living.
In 2014, I used Couchsurfing for travelling to Germany, France, the Netherlands an the UK. I met some great people through this website, and now I also want to offer my couch in Vienna to host people who are interested in visiting the capital of Austria. As I don't really have the money to travel around right now due to my studies, I want to take the advantage to offer my couch to international guests in order to practice my language skills & meet new people. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived a sailing trip that ended in a huge storm. Afterwards, some dolphins came up and swam along with our boat. I guess this would make it into any clichéd hollywood movie. However, I wouldn't want to miss this experience ;)
