I am a 32 year old female from South Africa. I love travelling, sailing, reading, eating out and being with family and friends. I love to visit off the beaten track type places, remote and beautiful places that move ones soul.

PHILOSOPHY

A good friend taught me once that life is 10% what happens, and 90% how you deal with it. Life's not always gonna be a walk in the park, but if you handle whatever comes your way with honesty, integrity and a level head, you'll be fine :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have met and surfed with a some fantastic people across the UK and USA.

Surfing, swimming, mountain-biking (just about all sport actually!) reading, camping (in general, all outdoor activities), eating out, going to the cinema, music, studying, being with family and friends.

Música, películas y libros

Favourite actress of all time has to be Sandra Bullock :-) As a person I think she's amazing. My favourite movies are Hope Floats, Fried Green Tomatoes, A League of Their Own and Shawshank Redemption.
Too many books to mention, but loved Dan Brown's Digital Fortress and Deception Point, as well as John Berent's Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.
A huge fan of Bill Bryson too.
