I love living in, visiting and getting involved in small communities, whether it's joining a dragon boat team, taking part in music sessions or volunteering for town events. I am a collector of hobbies from swing dancing to kayaking to learning Celtic tunes on my fiddle. I'm currently taking a year of work (as a speech therapist) to pursue my hobbies and travel!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

-The best part of traveling is the people I meet. I'm new to Couchsurfing but it seems like a great way to meet people along the way!
-I love to camp, but when the weather gets cold Couchsurfing is a great affordable alternative.
-I love to hear people's travel stories and get the inside scoop of the city/region I'm staying in.
