Overview
About Me
Mother and daughter cross country adventure! 40 year old Librarian and her 12 year old daughter are relocating from California to Massachusetts and seeking cool families to visit along the way.
In these changing times, awakening to the shared source of all creation and celebrating our interconnectedness is key. Through shared meals, stories, music, and song, visions, plans, and projects, we can encourage and inspire one another to break free of corporate control, elevate the vibration of Love, and become responsible stewards of the Earth.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Happy to participate in, and support, a people first, share economy, I am looking forward to meeting other free thinkers who enjoy in-depth, heart felt, conversation. Mostly driving on Highways 80 and 90, mother and daughter are making their way from California to Massachusetts.
Interests
As a daily practice, I use intuitive movement, free form dance, hand drum percussion, as well as singing and chanting to create joyous states of dynamic meditation . As a librarian, I have a deep appreciation for the institution of free public libraries and have loved to read since I was a little girl. I am eager to usher in a new, awakened society in which all creatures can live in peace. With free, quality education to encourage people to study what fascinates them, shared labor and resources, and widespread protection of the natural world, we can live in paradise now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Om Nama Shivaya..Om....... I find myself fascinated with the power of sound. I have recently discovered a away to use self generated sound to access deeper levels of awareness. Mantra meditation uses sacred incantations of ancient Sanskrit to connect to the I AM source of all there is.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have spent a lot of time thinking about the interconnectedness of all things, and searching, looking into areas such as: quantum physics, and chemistry, anthropology and ancient cultures. Mythology and world religions, sacred geometry and cymatics, Hindu philosophy and yoga, Our natural world, Biology and geology. Astrology and astronomy. You know, the philosopher's picnic basket. I'd be happy to have the opportunity to talk with someone who shares a similar fascination with the workings of this fantastic universe.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Love of Life, songs, and stories, childcare, help around the house, lullabyes and earth mama chants.
