About Me

I am based in Cambridge, UK and for more than 1 year I have been working in the education sector receiving and supporting students from all over the world.

I describe myself as a persistent, cheerful, enthusiastic, optimistic and passionate person. I love to travel, discover new cultures, do sports and dance.

I am a pioneer of the new committee organizer of "The Venezuelan community in Cambridge" created to unify our community and carry out charitable activities to rise money and support Venezuela by sending medical supplies. Facebook: Venezuelan Community in Cambridge.

In my spare time I like to meet with my friends, share a meal with them and learn from their experiences.

My personal project is in progress, it is a street campaign to promote values and allow people to see the beauty of their lives using mirrors made by blind people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered Couchsurfing in 2015. One of my best friends (from Spain) has been meeting beautiful people from all over the world thanks to this website. I found here an interesting concept and the best way to travel.

Interests

I am strongly inclined for courses of entrepreneurs, human rights, sustainable environmental development and leadership. Currently, I am following several courses taught by the University of Cambridge. I also like order and cleanliness.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite movies are "Avatar", "Life Is Beautiful" and recently watched
"brief encounter (1945)".

The Alchemist by Brazilian author Paulo Coelho is a really good one for travelers looking for their dreams.

I listen to everithing from Bollywood, latin music to Rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done skydiving.

I participated in a beauty contests in front of more than 6,000 people. That was more scary than moving to another country xD

Migrate to another country without the ability to speak the language of origin and challenged myself to find a job, where to live, make new friends and build the trust of the people.

Teach, Learn, Share

Recognize the dignity of life in each living being and that we all have infinite potential within us.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will be more than happy to cook for you some Arepas (food from my country), if you wish to know more about it, please follow #arepasstation, my family's food business located in Cambridge.
