ABOUT ME
I am a happy, easy going person that loves to travel often. I recognize that I grow as an individual when I meet new people and learn from them. I am actively trying to enrich my life with different ideas, perspectives, histories, and cultures. One of the best ways to do this is to embrace local people wherever I go. Likewise, I enjoy providing some of that insight to others when they are traveling in my area. I have not hosted (because my roommates were not okay with it), but I have been a guest before and I also meet up with local couch surfers.

I live in Denver and I have traveled extensively. I’ve been to 26 countries and I’m moving to New Zealand in June.

The best way to see a place is usually through the eyes of those that are familiar with it. Locals always know the coolest places and have the most interesting stories about their homes.

I enjoy spending time outdoors. I am happy to find myself hiking, camping, cliff jumping, kayaking, fishing, hammocking, and things of that sort. I also enjoy music festivals and going to art or science museums. My next goal is to get scuba certified for a trip to Iceland.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have done geological field work across much of the western US, which involved six weeks of camping and hiking. My favorite portion of this was a week long primitive camping experience in an abandoned mining town in Montana.
