I have been living and working in Chile for one year. I was teaching English in the North and then moved to Valparaíso where I worked as a waitress to improve my Spanish. After a glorious year, I set up home last July in Portland. I work in a specialty medical clinic, take online classes, and practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and yoga.

I joined Couchsurfing to find a community of expats and travelers to share my life with. I now participate in meetups to get to know interesting people while living at home and to meet locals when I’m abroad.

I love The Blues, literature, travel, and medicine.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Without great knowledge of their language or culture, I moved across the globe to a foreign country twice to find a job and friends and try a new way of life. Both times, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will forever be in love with Chile and the Czech Republic.
