Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I feel as though I’ve done a lot of travel where I explored the location but not the people. When I travel next, I very much want to meet locals of the places I go and other travelers, and learn first hand about the cultures I’m visiting! Couchsurfing for me is a means of cultivating connection in many locations, as well as learning about practices different from my own

Music- Jazz and funk I can listen to always— But I also love 90s rap, psychedelic pop, and almost everything from the 70s.

Movies— Suspiria, Eyes Wide Shut, Ex Machina, Wolf of Wall Street, City of God, and anything directed by Gaspar Noé

Favorite authors- Anne Carson, Donna Tartt, Simone Weil, Hélène Cixous, Friedrich Nietzsche

I would enjoy teaching some basic gymnastics skills/dance acrobatics, or leading a stretch session! I also specialize in psychology and early childhood education and am always down to talk about how childcare can be improved— especially through emotional awareness practices for kids.

As for learning— There are some outdoor skills that I would loveeeee to learn about; archery/bow hunting, foraging, growing food, herbal medicine, and SURFING!!!!

Language practice is always fantastic too :)

I am adamant on cleaning up after myself and will tidy up communal spaces if you would like. I also can cook meals big enough for everyone in the house if asked to and love to experiment with new flavors
