I am a geek at heart with a passion for arts (film, music, writing, etc), I love a good puzzle - Killer Sudoku, yes please! So, I having my own time with a book and warm cup of tea or coffee.

Keeping fit is cool. Cycling is the best and I love yoga, but my balance isn't too great!! But it's all about the mind and soul and letting go.
