I don't know that I'm old enough/wise enough to have a personal philosophy. I guess leave all your energy out there-don't hold back as far as seeing sights and doing things goes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I have only surfed with one friend, but after meeting so many caring, generous people, I am looking forward to being able to host. I'll update my profile as soon as I settle down enough to have a couch for someone to surf!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm brand new at couch surfing, but I've had only great experiences so far!

Interests

travelling, running, biking, swimming, hiking, sailing, basically anything that gets me outside and active. I also love reading and writing, puzzles, games, and things that require interpersonal interaction. I spend my time doing things-not big on watching t.v. or just sitting around for long periods of time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing in dugout canoe sailboats with the fisherman in my village south of Tulear, Madagascar, watching the birth of human babies in Ft. Dauphin, Madagascar, and climbing Mt. Kathadin in Maine, bouldering in Zion and Joshua tree National parks, exploring the canals of Venice, Italy
