Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make friends from all over the world!
ABOUT ME
I'm a "people person." I love writing, photography, and playing ukulele in my free time. I'm a cognitive sciences student from Houston, Texas and next year I'll be working as a business consultant (AKA traveling a ton!). I usually travel solo and I love meeting people - so let's hang out if we're in the same city!
PHILOSOPHY
Taking responsible risks is the only way to do what you love.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've only officially been hosted once by Couchsurfing.com, but it was a surreal experience! Now that I'm traveling more I'd love to see what else the site has to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love narratives about travel, photography books, and books that get me to think about certain aspects of life.
My favorite music is Icelandic music - I love Sigur Ros, Rokkuro, Of Monsters and Men, and Svavar Knutur. I love anything atmospheric with hints of folk music, too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'd say the most beautiful moments of my life were:
- Swimming with whale sharks in the Philippine Sea
- Meeting Rupert Grint at the world premiere of the last Harry Potter movie
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'll teach you to play ukulele, how to say things in Portuguese, how to cook a mean vegetarian meal, and how to thrift shop.
