ABOUT ME

I am a big internal contradiction, probably because I hate making up my mind. Its a kind of commitment issue. I like the black and the white, but have trouble with the gray areas.

Staying in one place too long freaks me out. I love new places, I love not hearing too much English. I want to be challenged in my travels through the people I meet, the food I try and adventures I find/make!

I also love exclamation points, making up new words, and tend to "meow" to songs.

PHILOSOPHY

I think people should live their lives in a manner that allows them to have as many experiences as possible. Stop talking and start doing things, you are wasting time being unhappy.

You are the only person you have to live with for the rest of your life.

Great so far, I think its a fantastic idea!

兴趣

I love laughing, joking and anything that leads to a good lengthy smile.

I spend my time doing arts and crafts, listening to music, singing in the car, road trips, meowing to songs, and eating/cooking/looking at food, writing and taking photographs.

I'm a general fan of learning. Any chance to learn about new things (esp Science, animals or people) I am in!

Oh oh wait! Some of my absolute favorite things are:
- A black sky full of stars
- Animals, mostly wild ones. But I have an awesome cat named Cleo.
- Karaoke! I'm Asiany, give me a break.
- Whitewater rafting!

Books! I love Oscar Wilde, Sylvia Plath and random books with quirky information (ie, Malcolm Gladwell, Freakonomics, Salt, etc).

Muuuusic! I love music. I am rediscovering my love for it since working in the music business for 6 years killed it for me. But here's some of my favorites: Queen, The Smiths, Brand New, Lou Reed, T. Rex, Taking Back Sunday, Florence and the Machine, The Into the Wild Sndtrk, Voxhaul Broadcast, Alk3, Saves the Day, music from the 90s! I love cheesy pop songs, anything to have fun to and basically rock!

I am also working on a children's book series for American kids.
