Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding purpose and meaning through education and experience.
ABOUT ME
I love language. I think about it all the time. I want nothing more than to be in a group of people and talk about grammar, and well, to also travel and meet new people. I run and hike and play and laugh.
PHILOSOPHY
Your life is your life. Live it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have volunteered in a few places in Central and South America as an English teacher. This has taught me how much there is out there to learn about and experience, and has led me to appreciate the travelling community and my place in it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have only couch surfed once in Sonoma and it was fantastic. I look forward to amassing more and more positive experiences!
Interests
So many.... Too many. I love a good disc golf course! Nature, mountains, water, dirt, sweat are what make up my perfect day. Looking at beauty and completing N.Y Times crossword puzzles. Building robots (paper ones and tattoo designs).

Music, Movies, and Books
Casablanca is my favorite film and I seem to love it for the same reasons people love Braveheart but I detest Braveheart. I regularly quote the Simpsons and 30 Rock and will draw life lessons from Community and (I know..) Beverly Hills 90210. What can I say, I was a 90s child.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw Macchu Picchu and Lake Titicaca within a week. It was exhausting, exhilarating, and surreal.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to learn about health. It's something that has been very important to me lately. From food, exercise, meditation, human interaction. I'm curious about it all and have defintitely been amassing my own knowledge to be shared. This can also include a long night over a few bottles of wine and conversation.
