Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet awesome CS people and exchange positive energy. Also I traveled a lot and was kindly hosted through CS many times and now when my current living situation is finally letting me to host I want to give back to the community.

Interests

I love movies and everything connected with it. Play guitar and sing a bit. Like reading and hiking, other sporty stuff (even though I suck at sports 😬) and new experiences. And I adooore animals😊. By the way, I don't eat meat. Not a vegan yet, but trying to become one.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: CSNY, From Indian Lakes, Foo Fighters, and just a little bit of everything (from Metallica to A$AP Rocky and Lana Del Ray)
Movies: hard to say, I watched too many of them and I have memory abilities of a fish, but some of my favorite movies are PK (Indian movie), The Peanut Butter Falcon, Bimboland (French movie, my fav chick flick), The Truman Show, many more good movies out there. Mostly feel good movies.
Books: F.M. Dostoevsky "Crime and Punishment", and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Here are some things that were amazing to me. List is constantly growing. But mostly an amazing thing for one person, could be something ordinary for another and vice versa. And one of the most truly amazing things a person could do is start taking real responsibility for their own life.

Started a round the world trip with my boyfriend with not so much money in our pockets for it.
Hitchhiked in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Thailand and Malaysia.
When money began to end, we found the way how to earn it to go on our journey.
Volunteered in a hostel in Kuala-Lumpur for one month.
I spent a year attending a caving club, during which I learnt to be a speleologist, visited several caves using special speleo equipment, learnt how to climb a bit and took part in the annual competition of speleo technique.
I tried myself as a non-professional oarsman in a competition in the rowing on Dragons (Chinese tipe of boats).

Teach, Learn, Share

If you don't know anything about stuff below but would like to know:
- I can teach you a litle guitar playing
- can teach you some photoshop
- how to create your simple beautiful and modern website for free
- how to take pictures with your DSLR camera using Manual mode
- how to travel with almost no money, but not being only "a taker" from people but also being a giver
- just anything I know))

Also I will gladly show to my guests the city and some hiking trails in my area.
