I have studied Audio Engineering in Graz, Austria. I love travelling and getting to know new people and new countries. During my studies, I lived one year in Málaga, Spain and about 10 months near Copenhagen, Denmark. After my studies, I moved back to Austria. I did my PhD in the field of hearing research in Vienna. Right now I am currently in between cities - Vienna and Graz - but eventually moving to Graz soon, where I work as an acoustic engineer in the automotive sector.

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I love the experience to get to know a new place/city/country by people who actually live there and who share their personal experiences with me. When I think back to all the cities I stayed with a Couchsurfer, I think back of a real person, a friend, and the great time I spent with those people.

I started with CouchSurfing during my Erasmus year in Spain. We did it for the first time while we were travelling in Morocco and I loved it. We also used to couchsurf within Spain like Santiago de Compostela, Valencia, ..., in Denmark (Aarhus), during our travel in South America in Argentinia and Chile, when I visited San Francisco, and my latest CouchSurfing experience as a surfer was on my solo-travel through Japan.

It is also great to host people. Especially when there is no time for travelling, it is nice making new friends and getting new impressions. That definitely helps appeasing some wanderlust :)

I love travelling! My personal goal: visiting every country in Europe - that does not mean I don't want to go to other places in the world... :)

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

there are probably many, but one of them during our trip in Argentina and Chile: I did a mini-trekking tour (i.e., walked on the ice) on the Perito Moreno glacier in Argentina.

more recently: watching northern lights and visiting an ice-cave on Iceland, absolutely amazing :)

Insegna, impara, condividi

Having breakfest, brunch, lunch, or dinner together! We can either go out and get some good food. But I am also always up for discovering and trying out new dishes. I found out, during my trips the best way to get to know people is in the kitchen, while cooking.

I love to go to concerts and discover new music, whereever I am.
If you come to Vienna, we could discover Vienna's nightlife together since there are always a lot of things to do.
