Overview
About Me
Im Katherine, 27, born and raise in Montreal, QC.
I use to study music (I play electric bass). I got my collegial diploma, and after a semester at UNI, I decided to quit studying music so I'll have more time to play and practice for myself. I also did a semester in anthropology, only to discover that school might not be for me anymore... So for know im working as a waitress in Montreal and I spend time with my friends, my family and outside doing some hikes.
When you dont know me, Im shy and quiet. I dont take much space, but I listen a lot to what's going on around me.
When you know me, supposedly im funny... I like to laugh and tell funny stories.
I dont know what I want to do in the future but all I know for now is that I need to take some time to travel, to think about who I am and to figure out what's my purpose on earth. I am really close to nature, I can say that im an environmentalist, Im vegetarian, I do compost and recycling and I understand that our planet is in danger. It's impossible to say that I can change the world, but I want to try to make it a better place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Im on couchsurfing because I know that its the best way to really discover a new city. Im planning on traveling, to have some time for myself, maybe in campground, but I also want to know things about new city that only people who are living there can know :)
When it will be possible for me to host, i will gladly do it.. Both ways of experiencing couchsurfing are enriching and rewarding.
