Overview
About Me
I am a professor of African history and sustainability at Xavier University. I teach a wide variety of courses about globalization, economic development and sustainability.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My son traveled this past year and couchsurfed the whole time. I had been considering being a host for awhile before his experiences but he had such good experiences that I decided to take the plunge.
Interests
I keep chickens and garden in my yard. I love hiking, backpacking and biking--the farther the better. I love cooking, particularly making use of locally grown ingredients. I have two children, 18 and 15 and a husband.
