ABOUT ME
I consider myself a citizen of the world. I am a lover not a fighter. ESFJ. I cannot wait to get on the next plane to anywhere. In the somewhat more real world, I am a Peace Corps Masters International graduate student at Michigan Technological University. I study volcano seismology.
PHILOSOPHY
I live for the tiny brilliant moments, like the stars after a storm blows through or the look on someone's face when you offer them a fresh homemade cookie. Live, Laugh, Love, Learn! Take one day at a time and don't sweat the small stuff

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - I like most everything except screaming
Movies - I enjoy movies that are light at heart (can we say Anchorman), but I do enjoy some suspense, thriller and drama. I am a sucker for romantic comedies and tragedies. No horror, it all just seems so bloody.
Books - I have enjoyed the ones I have read, but there always seems like there are things to do other than pick up a book, must work on that.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I visited Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland it was a brilliantly windy day. The kind of wind that would blow you into a wall or sweep a small child off its feet. The sun was setting and the waves were energetically charging the hexagonal basalt columns (I'm a geology student). It was awe-inspiring.
