CURRENT MISSION:

Travel, meet new people, see new things, finish my TBR (to be read) book pile! I like taxidermy and have 2 cats. I have an unhealthy obsession with the macabre. Weird and unusual things strike my fancy.

I'm easy going, a coffee-holic, and love to learn. people either love or hate my sarcastic quips, it's all in good fun. Really.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

ADVENTURE IS OUT THERE!!

Right now, I want to meet people and start ticking off places on my world map. When I have a larger place to call my own, I will open my doors to fellow couch surfers.

Interests

Books, traveling, food. I'm a big animal lover and explorer at heart. Cemeteries, libraries, and nature are some of the most beautiful things in the world and I want to see as much of them as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes are all over the place. I'll listen to just about anything but rap/hip hop and country. Country western is a different story.

My favorite movie is The Labyrinth with David Bowie. Great music, goblins, glitter... sexy Goblin King.... what more could a girl ask for?

Books! I love the printed word. I devour books like most people eat food. Comics, short stories, novellas, cereal boxes, newspapers. I'll read it. Some of my favorites are Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman and Lost Souls by Poppy Z. Brite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saved a gentleman from having a heart attack. I've helped downing victims, and saved a fair share of animals. Knowing CPR and first aid rocks!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure what to put here right now. It seems like this would be better answered based on what someone would like to learn. Why teach someone something they are not interested in?

I can show you how to make some killer pecan pie or origami cranes. Need a school paper proof read or edited? I can do that.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I can cook, suggest books, give killer foot or hand massages. I am also very willing to lend a hand around the house. I can clean, do laundry, wash your pet. Need a lighting fixture installed? I can help.

I'm pretty tall. I can reach that thing in the back of your cupboard if you really need it. No problem.

I am also a bit of an artist, nothing fancy. But, I can draw pet or people portraits for a laugh.
