About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet awesome people while exploring Europe!

ABOUT ME

I am a coffee lover! I'm outgoing, caring, talkative, funny and active.

I'm moving on to new things after 5 years teaching English.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to wander around new cities on my own, but sometimes it's nice to explore new places with people who know them best!

I haven't hosted before as I move around often and often don't have the space.

I haven't been hosted before (not true anymore 2020) as I often travel with friends. (except 1 time in 2009, but I'm not sure where that profile went...lol)

Interests

I love exploring new places, eating new food and learning new languages. I love to travel! I would really enjoy to live in a new country every year as I want to see the whole world!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love most types of music - favourites are strong voices like Adele, Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars, Fiona Apple...chill music like Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Blind Melon, Sublime etc etc

I'm not a big reader.

I love comedies and no gore thrillers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving in my hometown. Still looking for the next best place to go again!

Travelling alone from Paju to Jeju Island - because of a "snow storm" it took 24 hours to get there by bus and ferry. I flew back in 45 minutes and paid the same amount! It was a great experience.

Studing tourism in Merida, Mexico I got to see a lot of places and really cool things! One of my most memorable moments was in San Juan chamula, Chiapas! I got to see their traditional celebrations for The Day of The Dead! It was breathtaking and astonishing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about language and I can teach you a bit of the ones I know, too!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Friendly company, good conversation, usually a snack or something from the country I've just come from.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States, Viet Nam
