About Me

I'm Kathrin, 31, living in beautiful Berlin Neukölln, together with my boyfriend and two adorable cats. I've been livig in the city for about ten years and I'd love to share it's beauty with nice people from around the world.
I study to become a cat comportment therapist at Cat Institute Birga Dexel. I work as a bartender in a lovely vegan restaurant around the corner where you can get incredibly delicious Burgers, Crêpes and Mac 'n Cheese. In my free time I go vouldering, do Yoga and I looove to cook and bake. I would love to share recipes with you, or even prep a meal together and especially learn new dishes and cooking styles from other countries cuisines.
Besides, I play a lot with my two cats, do Clicker Training with them and try to make their life as great as possible.
I also love to go out to bars and clubs (electronic music) ( not so often lately), play tablesoccer and have one beer to much :D ( the last ony is always bad)
I'd so love to get to know and connect with other people t have a creditcard neither :/ ]

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hey Everyone :) I'm on couchsurfing for several reasons - I see it as a great chamce to allow me and other people to travel more often and more easily for many reasons. First of all, every beautiful place on earth is more beautiful when it can be enjoyed together with loving and kind people - through Couchsurfing I hope to get to know you ;) Also, locals can share the best advice on what to see/do in a new location. And secondly, not everyone is financially so stable that travelling is affordable. I'd love to travel more often, but it's hard on a budget and I think a lot of people face the same problem. Travelling should not be a privilege of the rich! In times of capitalism I love to live in solidarity and helping each other out with a place to sleep. I would love to show my appreciation and thank for you hosting me by cooking you a dfelisious (vegan) meal or baking a cake for you- If you have a cat, you can ask me any question about them as I am becoming a cat comportment therapist. For the thesis of my studies I will examine if cats are okay with living in cat cafés around Europe and hopefully improve their living standards in teh long run by publishing my paper. Therefore I want to visit as much of them as possible. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I deciced to become a cat comportment therapist, against all odds and voices against it. Found my passion and dared to live it. Love it

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach vegan cooking and baking, to give massages, clicker training with cats.
I'd love to learn how to cook dishes from other countries

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I have had back problems way too often, meanwhile I'm a pro at exercices for resolving them. I can show you some if you're imnterested (two years ago I Could barely sit for 10 minutes - that problem is gone due to these exercises). My experience with polyamory.
I can cook for you or bake, teach you german.. I'm a good listener.
And for sure I can support you resolving your cat's behavioural problems or teach you how to play species-appropriate or do clicker training.
