Hello there!

I`m Kathrin from Germany. I'm currently living in Leicester, England, studying my Master's "New Media and Society".

My last big travel adventure was my Backpacking Tour through Europe. During that time I've travelled to 14 countries and 21 cities in only two months. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next trip.

I´m in love with books and reading (I'm reading everything from fantasy to classics to contemprary literature). I may or may not be addicted to TV shows (Doctor Who, Sherlock BBC, Orphan Black, Orange is the New Black, How to get away with Murder, Game of Thrones...)

When I travel I especially like to meet people from all over the world and exchange all the travel-stories with each other! I already met a lot of interesting people during my travels and am looking forward to meet many more :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to try something new and meet new people; couchsurfing is perfect to get to know a city in a different, not so tourist-y way.

I´ve already been couchsurfing in Corinth, Patras, Ionnina and Leeds and had some great experiences!
