I am a student, originally from Germany where I am currently moving back to for my Masters. However I spend the last three years living in the Netherlands, in Leiden, a town close to the Hague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam (and probably every other place in Holland ;) ). In my school time, I already went on exchanges to England and France and ever since then I love living in different places, understanding the cultures, learning languages and making friends. I guess this is why I decided to study in Holland and go on another exchange to Canada last year.

My muse is dancing, mainly modern dance although I am always open for new things. I am a social person and am busy most of my days. I also love food, I could probably have a piece of cake any time a day. Otherwise I am not too fond of writing about myself, so we should just chat and get to know more of each other personally :)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Well.. I guess it is a good way to travel and meet locals whilest saving money in the meantime. Due to lack of space I am unable to host people myself, although I generally love showing people around places and hosting. I think it is a wonderful idea to share what we have with other people, whether it is our belongings or stories. Although it might be easier to stick to the same surroundings, I feel like meeting people is always enriching- as we are all individual in our experiences and opinions, we can only learn from one another. And I believe that couch surfing is one way of doing so.

Música, películas y libros

Harry Potter! Otherwise a bit of everything, except for thrillers because they scare me too much. I am often not the person deciding on the music so I am happy with almost anything. Alone, I also listen to a variety of things, I do really like musicals and soundtracks which might be a bit out of the ordinary.

strolled along the streets of Havanna. Probably a lot more exciting things to tell about but that was definitely one amazing moment.
