ABOUT ME

Born and raised in the suburbs of Copenhagen. Started out being a rather normal kid with healthy interests like horseback riding and slumber parties. I used to be very ambitious, since then I have started studying politics and traveling - my eyes has been opened to many things. I have a strong believe in individuals and is quite the cynic when it comes to important issues like global warming and saving the world. Still I love living and enjoy small things in life like good moments with friends, cooking and falling in love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right know I'm studying in the US, so for the moment I'm mostly interested in surfing.
I will be back in Copenhagen in January and ready to open up my home to other travelers.
I have been doing this on an informal basis for some years, hosting foreign friends and living with friends abroad. Also my job is to organize exchange trips for Danish High School kids - and I have a strong belief in experiencing each others cultures as a way of promoting peace.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no experience with CouchSurfing.
Heard many lovely things about this community and looking forward to participating. Have many friends who have been using this opportunity.

Interests

My interests are mostly in Politics and international relations. Also I enjoy art, and love travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hmm, I love Bruce Willis, in general good action movies. Also just saw "500 days of Summer" and loved it!
Music, Im into to all sorts of things from classic to punk. I do have a passion for HipHop music, especially the early kind like Slick Rick and LL Cool J.
Books - my favourite author is Virginia Woolf - I love the stream-of-consciousness genre and in general books.
I have a lot of them ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have on my own organized 110 individual life changing exchange trips for High School kids. I'm very proud of what I do, and it is such a rewarding experience.
