About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To accumulate as much worldly knowledge as humanly possible
ABOUT ME
I am an inquisitive adventurer - with a thirst for experience. If this may be coffee and conversation with a stranger or spending days exploring a new city on my own, I can not think of any better way of spending my time.
PHILOSOPHY
"Thousands of tired, nerve-shaken, over-civilized people are beginning to find out that going to the mountains is going home; that wildness is a necessity..." --John Muir, 1898
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just want to meet a lot of brilliant people from all over the world. . . Get a lot of amazing experiences that I can share with the next person I encounter.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am very new -I still havn't surfed or hosted anyone yet. Looking forward to getting it all started though.
Interests
Travel and everything related.
I very much enjoy diving and pretty much all water related sports. I practiced underwater rugby for many years, but now I just stick to swimming.
I have always wanted to learn how to sail. When I at one point have learned, I want to sail around the world.
Having grown up in Copenhagen, I am also a pretty fair cyclist - and really enjoy a good long bike ride.
I like talking and meeting new people. I can sit for hours in a dodgy pub exchangeing notes on nothing and everything - but mostly just laughing the night away.
I love books and am a vivid reader - One of my favourite books is "The young hunters misery" by a Danish writer named Frank Jeager.. I read it for the first time when I was 16 - and I still love rereading it .
I like sculpture and architecture - I am actually a bit of a nerd about it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a big Sci Fi fan - everything from "The Thing From Another World" and "Robocop" to "Moon" and the all time classic "Star Wars" (preferably- IV,V, VI)
If you ask me, Seinfeld is still one of the greatest shows in the entire world. No other show has given such an accurate portrait of a group of close freinds and the everyday they share - plus it's funny.
In regards to music - I like a lot of different stuff.. but some of the constants are "Herbie Hancock", "Karen Dalton", "Lou Reed", "Sam Cook", "Tomaso Albinoni", "Igor Stravinsky", "Giuseppe Verdi", "Art of Noise", and "Gonjasufi"
