ABOUT ME
Hey! Just had an amazing two month backpacking trip through Europe and met some fantastic people through Couchsurfing along the way! Now, I'm in Maryland with my family and planning a cross country drive to LA! Can't wait to move to California. . .my ideal life includes a tshirt and flip flops!
PHILOSOPHY
You have to find humor and fun in any situation. That's what gets me through and allows me to love my life. I also want to live my life to the fullest. I want to look back at my life when i'm 90 and say. . .yup. . .i did all the things I wanted to do!
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I couchsurfed with 4 different hosts when I backpacked through Europe and found it an amazing way to meet new people and get the best ideas about how to explore a new place! Now that I'm planning this cross country trip, I would love to do the same thing!
Centres d'intérêt
I'm a gym rat, really. I love exercising, weight lifting, spin classes and just breaking a sweat in general. I love working with children, laughing, a good conversation, coffee, traveling and meeting new people!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
Music. . .Ani Difranco, Patty Griffin, Sarah McLachlan, Tegan and Sara, 30 Seconds to Mars, Racheal Sage, Tori Amos, oh man . . .too many to name! Movies. . .funny and the occasional cheesy love story : ). Books. . .my favorite author is Augusten Bouroughs. I have many favorites. . .one classic being the Scarlet Letter.
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
I'm still young, but I like to think that i've done some neat things in my life. I've moved around quite a lot. . .Illiois, Ohio, California, Maryland and Boston. One specific thing i'm very proud of is back in high school, I was the president of the Gay/Straight Allience in my school. We did a lot of work on opening up some minds in our community. I gave a lot of talks to big crowds, raised money for AID's research and helped some young teens who needed a shoulder to lean on when coming out of the closet. I'm very proud of that.
Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
I'm here to learn. This trip to Europe is about expanding the world as I know it and pushing the limits i've placed on myself. I look forward to experiencing many new things!
