Hi there! I'm Kath, a 22 year old Kiwi traveller making my way through my 6 month adventure of Europe. I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to couch surfing, but I would love to be able to share the experience as I love travelling so much. I'm studying architecture so I have an interest in buildings, but I also love going on walks and exploring nature too!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because this is my first trip to Europe and I absolutely love it, I want to put myself out of my comfort zone and meet new people. Learning about a city from someone who has actually had experienced living there is such a special thing too.

Interests

I'm currently studying for my masters in architecture (gap year at the moment though!), so I have a love of buildings, and so I love drawing and painting and generally creating things. I love to read and go to the beach and go on walks and small hikes, and of course I love to meet new people and make new friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really have a love of a mixture of different music, ranging from electronic to acoustic, from upbeat to chill. I really can't pin it down to one genre, generally if it has a good beat then I am in.

My goal for this trip is to make the time to read more books in my free time - I think I'm about up to number 11, let's see how many more I can do!
