ABOUT ME

I graduated in the spring of 2013 with my BS in Accounting. I worked at a flying trapeze school in Washington DC and I love all things circus. I left on July 6th 2013 to live out my childhood dreams of a summer abroad... a summer turned into 7 months.

After a brief trip home to spent some time with family I am excited to get back on the road! Spring / Summer 2014 will be spent around Europe with my good friend Jessica! (https://www.couchsurfing.org/people/jessicavia). After a lot of solo travel I am excited to explore with a companion.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a firm believer in following your heart, chasing your dreams, and being true to yourself.

UPDATE.... I had the best year of my life traveling and living abroad. I've since then temporarily given in to a more stable life and presently work as an accountant for a casino.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed in the US and across Europe. While living in Paris I hosted quite a few guests on my floating home.

This summer will eventually be one of the most amazing things I've done. But until then.. When I was 17 I spent a month traveling around Israel with a group of 50 teenagers from all across the US that I had never met before. It was pretty amazing.

I am horrendous at juggling but I can explain it to you in theory, I can teach you some beginnger acro yoga / partner balancing moves, and very small amounts of most languages spoken in Europe (except Dutch, I was never able to get a handle on it unfortunately).
