ABOUT ME

My friends would say that I am a very positive person who always trys to see the best in situations and in people. I won an award at the end of school for being the smiliest and friendliest person!
They would probably also say that I am fun to be around and a chilled out at the same time.

Interests

I love nature and for me it's the little details in life my like tick. I the smell of the morning air on a hot summers day or the tension when it is about to rain. I spend my time differently depending on where I am. At university I am generally super busy in societies, university, work and socialising. My main areas of interest in terms of campaigning with societies are environmental issues and human rights. I work a lot also to save up for travelling and general living expenses which always keeps me on my toes. I am a Christian by choice and believe in a living according to your conscience whatever your believe system may be. I love talking about anything with people and feelt that the exchanging of ideas is one of the most precious things that we have as humans.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1.) Flying into Geneva for the first time and seeing the alps in all their glory!

2.)The drive to Lake Kivu in Rwanda- the hills with fields and terraces were so beautiful and in contrast to the red soil.

3.)The convergence of the river fishie and spey in Scotland. I was on a geography trip there and got to see it from high up. It was absolutely stunning! When the rivers join they make the most beautiful patterns on the valley floor. Terrible news for some of the farmers though.
