My name is Kati and I'm currently studying at the University of Minnesota. I created my Couchsurfing account in January of 2015 because it was recommended to me by a friend when I was an exchange student studying Political Science and philosophy in Birmingham, England!
I'm a vegan, but friends to all omnivores, sincerely passionate about this planet and the environment, and always love good tea and conversation. :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

While I was adventuring Europe, I had plans to visit Germany, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, and possibly Greece and Denmark. Couchsurfing was recommended to me and it seemed like a great way to meet people from all over the world! I loved learning about new cultures and meeting new friends while abroad:)

Because I'm in school again, im just trying to do as much traveling as possible!

I love being outside, traveling, hiking, biking, being around animals of every kind (I'm very much an animal lover), and seeing new things. I play soccer (more commonly known as football), study often and eat lots of food hahah. I have a passion for music and politics, love going to concerts, and working with non-profit organizations back home. Environmental sustainability is what I'm all about, and I'd love to travel/live in Ecuador or Guatemala someday!
